Rates and Payment

• Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekends: $2500 weekly, $500 per night with a 3 night minimum

• Other: $2000 per week, $350 per night with a 3 night minimum ​

 

• $1000 deposit and signed contract (please read the document on the form carefully -- that is what your signature is agreeing to!) required to secure your weekly rental

  • Write Cabin #6, 6509 Goshorn Way in contract, and approved agent name is Theresa Wiley.

  • Deposit is refundable with two weeks notice.

  • Balance is due at least two weeks before arrival.

• Full daily rental required 2 weeks in advance.

Availability

• Weekly rentals are Friday to Friday.

• You may arrive after 4:00 PM and must leave by 10:00 AM the following Friday.

• Available weeks for Memorial Day through Labor Day are indicated in the Google calendar below; please contact us if you are interested in renting at other times.
